At Cookie Coast, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and reliable return and refund process.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition and original packaging
  • All original tags attached
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering the wrong item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

For non-defective returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund or replacement
  • Return shipping at no additional cost

We may request photos to help verify the issue and process your request.

Exchanges

We support exchanges for size issues, incorrect items, or defective products. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

After the refund is issued, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

  • Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit
